*ARTIST AGREES: To provide Face Painting or Temporary Tattoos services for your event in the date stated .To provide services using only professional theatrical make up and FDA approved products in the date and time stated, with the acceptance of the set deposit fee.
*CLIENT AGREES: To pay* the remaining balance upon arrival of the artist at the event. To provide a medium size table and a shelter in the event of rain and cold. To Provide a shaded area to set up in hot and sunny days.
*On site, we do not accept personal checks, we gladly accept cash and credit cards as forms of payment.
(Credit card processing fee of $3.00 will apply, on site transactions)
*Corporate events , an Invoice will be send and payment in full is due inmediatly, payment should be paid in full prior 72 hours from the event. Unless other written agreement has been made.
*Any changes to the booking time must be discussed and agreed upon in a minimum of one week in advance. We reserve the right to charge our hourly rate for any waiting time once we arrive at the location.
*Artist is not responsible for supervising children in the line.
*No refunds. If services are canceled within 2 weeks before the event: Reservation fee can be use as credit towards a future date, any event, any services within the same calendar year. Based upon availablity we suggest to book your event at least 2 months in advance. Any notice after that period of time, we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee.
*Please be advised of our work standards; Designs are painted at a rate of 12-15 faces per hour depending on the design chosen and up to 15 tattoos per hour.
